Here are some rehabilitation techniques that promote healing and help you regain strength and stability:

    Physical therapy plays a key role in addressing many types of back injuries. The process involves working with a trained professional who designs a personalized plan to promote healing and improve function. For a muscle strain, therapy focuses on controlled movements that ease tension and restore flexibility. On the other hand, a herniated disc may require targeted exercises that reduce pressure on the affected area. Consistency in therapy sessions may lead to steady progress.
